50 Ohms show up everywhere in Power Line Carrier. The transmitters, the receivers, and the cables. The hybrids won't work right without the correct terminations. You can have too many or not enough. Some are prepackaged like the transmitters. Some are added by the customer and some are by the manufacturer. Learn more about the need for 50 Ohms.
